IMPORTANT for credit card users!!

Our merchant system is now set up to generate automatic recurring payments. This means you can allow or deny your card to be billed automatically on your renewal date.

We have found that most of our members want to renew, but get so busy that it often takes multiple reminders to process renewals. So to make your life easier, and make the best use of your membership dollars, we encourage our members to use the recurring payment system.

How to Renew by credit card

To start, you must log in to this website. In the top right hand corner of this page, enter your email address, and if you have forgotten your password, select "forgot password".

Upon successful login, click on the "View Profile" link that will appear when you hover the cursor over the "welcome" message. (in the drop down menu)

The "My Profile" page will appear. Click on the "Renew until..." button on the right side of the page under "Membership Details".

It will look something like this:

(If your membership has lapsed and you are renewing for this year, please let us know and we can set your renewal date to the current year.)

Proceed with checkout. On successful payment, your renewal date will be changed accordingly. Otherwise, your record will be changed to "Status=Pending Renewal".

You can always cancel or retry the renewal using the (Cancel) button from the member profile.

CANCELING AUTOMATIC RENEWALS (Recurring Payments)

Please select "stop recurring payments" in your member profile (log in, click "view profile"), or ask us to do it for you.

If you do not have the "stop recurring payments" button, they are not activated for your account. This button will only show up AFTER you have made a payment through our system.
