The group block is available Sunday, September 30 through Wednesday, October 3 (departure date). ACLM has blocked several rooms for the group during these dates and we appreciate your help picking them up. If you need rooms outside these dates or the hotel is sold out, please contact Lisa Gregory, Conference Event Manager (email below).

• The discounted rate includes the Facility Services Fee of $9.99 per room, per night, which includes: High-speed internet in guests rooms and public areas, local phone calls, in-room coffee, daily newspaper, fitness center access, valet parking, self-parking and a shuttle service within a five-mile radius of the hotel.

Please DO NOT make your reservations online. Reservations made outside the group block will not receive the discounted rate and cancellation policy.

The group rate is available 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, based on availability.  

We recommend you make your hotel reservation as quickly as possible. The hotel has no obligation to provide room nights beyond those contained in the room block. If the group block reaches capacity (before or after the reservation deadline) the hotel has no obligation to provide room nights beyond those contracted. If the group block reaches capacity, extra rooms will be honored at the group rate, based on availability only.
