We welcome you to apply for professional membership in the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Be part of this exciting, new medical specialty.

We process new member applications on a monthly basis. To be considered complete an application requires:
  •  A completed application form (can be done online below)
  •  A CV or resume (sent separately)
  •  Copy of license or certification (if required, see explanation below)
  •  Application payment which includes the annual dues and registration fee.

Practitioners who check "yes" after the question "Are you accepting patients?" may be asked to provide a copy of their current license or certification.

A one-time $35 registration fee applies to all new members, and will be added in the application form. (Application fee is non-refundable.)

If you use a credit card to pay for your membership, your dues will be renewed automatically on the anniversary of your online application

If you do not wish your credit card to be billed annually, please ask us to turn off the automatic renewal feature on your account, or log in to your profile and select that option.

Members who joined ACLM before September 2010 will continue to renew annual membership on January 1.

You will need to create a password when you apply for membership.

IMPORTANT:

Please be sure you are applying for the correct level of membership.


Affiliate Members MUST be three years or less post graduation.

Please see "Membership Levels" for an explanation of the different types of membership and benefits.
