2012 Conference and Practice Management
Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities

Join 150-300 "pioneer" and "early adopter" physicians and other health care professionals at the Lifestyle Medicine 2012, ACLM's Clinical Conference and 60 attendees at the Practice Management Workshop. The primary target audience includes: American College of Lifestyle Medicine members and recipients list recipients (800+), American College of Preventive Medicine members and mailing list recipients (2,500+) and Institute of Lifestyle Medicine members and mailing list recipients.
As a sponsor or exhibitor, you will be reaching out to, and be able to network with, lifestyle medicine physicians, specialists, primary care physicians and other practitioners with an interest in lifestyle medicine.
Dean Ornish, M.D., Founder & President, Preventive Medicine Research Institute, Clinical Professor of Medicine, University of California, San Francisco, will be keynoting and giving a workshop teaching doctors from across the country how to implement a reimbursed lifestyle medicine service.

Exhibitor - $1,700

Exhibitors will receive a six (6) foot draped table, two (2) chairs, power strip and complimentary admission to Lifestyle Medicine 2012 - Clinical Conference. Lifestyle Medicine 2012 Welcome Reception - $10,000

The Lifestyle Medicine 2012 Welcome Reception offers attendees an opportunity to get connected with lifestyle medicine professionals at first glance. Sponsorship includes general hotel signage and a formal thank you from ACLM at the event.

 

Benefits of Sponsorship:

  • Ability to promote to conference attendees. Signage, handouts or giveaway items are the responsibility of the sponsor and must to be pre-approved by ACLM.

Promotional Sponsorship


Enduring Materials - $20,000

This sponsorship gives higher recognition for the recorded online version of the presentations. Recordings will be available online and promoted for 1-2 years. They may also connect to certificate and certification programs that will drive even more to utilize this material.

  • Promotion through the recorded online version of the presentations for 1-2 years

Meals (individual or day) - $5,000 - $10,000

ACLM will determine healthy food options for guests. ACLM and the sponsor will work together to engage attendees during meal times if desired. Time slots will include breakfast, lunch or evening as available. The sponsorship covers costs for meals and refreshments. Signage, handouts or giveaway items are the responsibility of the sponsor and must to be pre-approved by ACLM.

Wireless Internet - $3,000
ACLM will provide wireless internet in the meeting rooms for guests to stay connected to daily email and access current conference materials in real time while greatly reducing paper and printing (environmentally friendly).

Platinum Sponsor - $25,000+
